VRYSA youth soccer organization’s goal is to provide opportunities and education for the players' development of individual skills, good sportsmanship, teamwork, the fun of the game, and healthy competition for boys and girls in the greater area of Vestal, N.Y and surrounding communities.

(Online Registration is open until July 1st, and is a convenient and secure way to register)
Open to boys and girls born between 2003 and 2015, who are residents of the Vestal School District or other school districts within Broome, Chenango, Tioga, Chemung, Cortland, Tompkins and other counties within the borders of NYSWYSA. Proof of age is required for all players who did not play for VRYSA within the past two years.
Registration Fee: $45.00 for each child. Fee includes shirt, socks, award and NYSWYSA medical insurance. Registration closes July 1st, late registrations cannot be guaranteed a spot on a team roster or shirt size.
Practice and Games: Practice will start in early August. Games start on August 24th and end in late October. Practice times and locations are set by the coaches. League rules of play and additional information can be found online at www.vrysa.org.
Equipment: Players must wear shin guards during practice and games. Soccer cleats with rubber spikes are recommended. Metal spikes are not allowed.
Insurance regulations prohibit jewelry from being worn, including earrings.
Volunteers: We need your help to make this organization a continued success. Parents will be required to support VRYSA by volunteering. Coach and Assistant Coach Training is provided, new coaches are welcome to come and learn. For the safety of our players all volunteers are required to complete an online risk management check thru the guidance of NYSWYSA. Our volunteer and coaches meeting is scheduled for August 5th.

Note: VRYSA players may also play for other teams (e.g. travel and school teams). Players who elect to play only with another team forfeits their registration fee.
